Reminder-Pedometer

Reminder, if you are going to participate in recording how much you walk
each day in the job, it is time to begin your log/measurement.
Procedure:
1. Use pedometer.
2. Record distance you walk each day at work.  Begin when you enter the
building and end when you depart the building.
3. Record for 30 working days.  Record each day's distance.
4. Report back to me at end of time.
5. I will send a form at end of time period.
6. We will end the counting March 16, so those who have a winter break
in January may participate.
