I read with great interest the hit entitled AR Philosophical Discussion. As someone who has always been passionately against using AR in my school (and in my children's school), I should like to pose the following question: if your school has had AR (or Reading Counts) and has decided to stop using the program, what has happened to children's reading habits? Has your circulation changed? Have your test scores gone down? Please reply to me directly. I will post a hit.
