Update: Elem: Why did it Happen?

I just realized I didn't quote the title correctly. It is Why did it Happen?
Helping Children Cope in a Violent World.  It is by Janice Cohn, D.S.W.
    I checked Amazon.com and found that although it is currently out of
print, they had 4 used copies for sale for $3.95 each.  The book is about a
boy who is upset when a neighbor's store is violently robbed. He and his
friends play a violent game in trying to deal with their emotions until the
boy's father spends time explaining why bad  things happen and how to deal
with them.  There is a foreword with suggestions for parents and teachers in
discussing matters with their children and students.  Grade level is 2-4
although the review suggested younger for read aloud.
