Thank you to all the international people who are writing in about how other parts of the world are reacting to this horrible tragedy. Being attacked like this makes me feel like a resident in a country that is hated by the rest of the world, even though I know that is not true. Perhaps now, for the first time, Americans can understand how it must feel to live in Belfast, Bosnia, Jerusalem, etc. I am very interested in how the rest of the world is reacting to this terrorism. It seems as if most of the "average citizens" I meet from around the world are wonderful people--loving, caring, kind, peaceful, and above all, REASONABLE. How is it that so many leaders around the world seem to be just the opposite?
