I don't see that there is a free site that will help you,
but perhaps if you find yourself in one of the cities
below with time on your hands, you can find something out.

From the US Census Bureau site:
http://www.census.gov/pubinfo/www/1930facts.html

--WHO HAS THE RECORDS NOW?

The Census Bureau does not maintain records from previous
censuses.
Microfilm of the 1930 census records is available at
National Archives and Records Administration (NARA) in:
Washington, DC Anchorage, AK
Laguna Niguel, CA San Bruno, CA
Denver, CO East Point, GA
Chicago, IL Pittsfield, MA
Waltham, MA Kansas City, MO
New York, NY Philadelphia, PA
Ft. Worth, TX Seattle, WA

If microfilm is available, another research venue would be
your local Mormon temple. Many have genealogical research
centers, and if someone has already requested this
information, they will most likely have retrieved a copy
and have it on file.
