Our school district is developing a single three-year plan for library =
media and technology. We want to first distribute a survey to our =
students, staff, and community members, in order to determine their =
current perceptions of both the library program and the technology =
practices. Have you done such a survey recently? Can you direct us to an =
available survey instrument? In the interest of saving time, we hope to =
find a survey that we can use instead of writing one ourselves. Thank =
