Our subcontractor wants to find a suitable return cart to fit under the
circulation desk. I have found two styles that meet his specs. One is
an oak plywood cart with a depressible shelf and the other one is
particleboard with "thermofused laminate surfaces" and a soft-drop nylon
bag which lowers as books fill the cart. Is one style better than the
other? What are the pros and cons of each?
