I have an upcoming book talk which I am calling "Page Turners." I am looking for books that you cannot put down once you start. This is for a group of teachers, not for students. I can talk about mysteries, of course, but want to go beyond that. I already have these which come immediately to my mind: DaVinci Code, Life of Pi, Secret Life of Bees, Poisonwood Bible. I may include nonfiction--Nickel and Dimed and Fast Food Nation come to mind as recent titles and can certainly mention biographies as well. I would love suggestions and will certainly post a hit. Happy New Year to all and thanks in advance, Mary Ann -- *************************** "Try curiosity!"
