Target Short story title

I'm looking for the name of a short story ( it is at least 15 years old) and has a 
sort of twilight zone feel to it. What I can remember is that a man is in a cabin 
in the woods or some remote area. When he tries to leave he can't for some 
reason.When he returns to the cabin the radio is playing the same program that it 
was when he left. Time is somehow frozen and we know that he will eventually die 
there. I have a teacher looking for spooky stories for her class and this was 
really scary without any actual violence. TIA Darlene
