ELEM: Bookworm/Mr Wiggle coloring page needed

Looking for an outline of an inchworm or bookworm in the "Mr Wiggle
style" to create a coloring page (and possibly coloring bookmarks)  for
my K-1 students about book care rules. Or perhaps someone knows of a
source to purchase a Mr Wiggle Coloring book or reproducible pages that
I could legally make copies of pages for students. Thanks!

  I found an outline image of Burt the Bookworm, and am trying to trace
it back to the original webpage so I can request permission to use it.
