[LM_NET] Recipe: New Moon Sandwich Cookies

This is a very easy recipe for the New Moon opening.

New Moon Sandwich Cookies

 

2cups water

2 cups sugar

2 eggs

4 cups flour

1 tsp. baking soda

1 tsp. salt

1/2 stick crisco or l stick of margarine

1 cup of cocca or l cup of chocolate chips melted.

 

1. Mix sugar with shortening.

2. Add flour, baking soda and salt alternating with water.

3. Add eggs and chocolate.

4. beat for 5 minutes.

5. drop by rounded teaspoon on a cookie sheet.line the sheet with parchment paper 
or flour and oil the pan.

6. bake for 20 minutes at 350, should be soft when you take them out.

7. Let cool and frost flat side with white frosting. Put two cookies together to 
make a sandwich.
