Greetings! I can't think of any other group more likely to be able to help me: Is there any way to generate (using Circ+/Cat+) a list of patrons who have overdue books and/or fines, OTHER THAN the standard report form to be mailed or handed out? Mailing out notices has not been fruitful in the past at my school, but last year I got good results from e-mail messages and to phone messages sent out via our auto-dialer phone messaging system. Our circulation is up so much this year that I can no longer dig out contact information student-by-student (plus I lost an aide position). I need a way to glean a few critical pieces of information per student, then dump that into a spreadsheet and ultimately a comma delimited file. Am I asking for too much from the program? Any suggestions would be most welcome! Thanx and happy holidays to all, Kim -------------------------------------------------------------------- Please note: All LM_NET postings are protected by copyright law.
