Good behavior incentives

I am a graduate student at the University of North Texas.  My question is
a request from my library practicum supervisor.

Please send me your ideas of what works regarding managing K-5 discipline
problems and good behavior incentives in the library.  The students are
on a fixed library schedule and the classroom teacher is not present in
the library.
