Maureen, and others interested in answer to her request for ftp address
for Project Hermes (Supreme Court Rulings) site:
        ftp to ftp.cwru.edu
        log in as anonymous
        use your uerid as password
Get the README files and then you should be set to retrieve the files.

Source:  I did a veronica search, which gave me the ftp address.  I
tested the address as far as ftp'ing a README, so hopefully this will
work well for your teacher.  I did not go so far as to retrieve a ruling.
