LM_NET: Library Media Networking
Experience has shown me that fines do not work. Students without
resources will refuse to take books out rather than face the fines.
Students with resources will look at it as a rent so they do not feel
guilty about keeping books out and inconveniencing others. What works
best is to deny the right to take out other books to students who have
books overdue. The punishment :) suits the crime.
