5. The National Center to Improve Practice: NCIP's mission is to improve
outcomes for students with disabilities by helping practitioners to
effectively use technology, media, and materials (TMM) to enhance
instruction.  NCIPnet is an email and conferencing system that links
administrators, practitioners (teachers, media specs., etc), patients,
and consumers NATIONWIDE.

startup instructions at no charge. NCIPnet's dial-in number is toll
