Don't know about on the net - but it is available on CD-ROM. I purchased
it this past spring and am delighted with it. It is searchable by keyword
or by number (and several other ways I can't remember right now). You can
get a list of most common LC subject headings for any number.

I wouldn't throw the hard-copy version away - but this does make locating
info quicker, and you don't have to juggle 2-4 books in your lap to do it.
