Elementary Pen Pals

Hello. My name is Nancy Johnson and I an the Librrry Media Specialist at
the Windmill Street School in Providence, RI.  We have approximately 550+
students in grades 2-5, including Special Needs, Bilingual and ESL (everything
from Spanish to Hmong, Cambodian,Russian, Armenian, etx.).  Several of my
teachers have expressed interest in setting up Pen Pals with students in
other areas of the country and overseas.  If you know of any teachers in
your school who would be interested, please let me know.  We start school
on September 1 (for teachers) and the students come the 8th (we hwve Rosh
Hashanah off)(we also have a lagre Jewish community).  I'll get them online
with you ASAP.
