WANTED: "PARDNERS FOR THE FUTURE". Annoucing Texas Library Association
District 8 Fall Conference. Saturday, October 1, 1994, 8:00 am - 2:30 pm.
Alief Elsik High School, 12601 High Star, Houston, TX 77072. Librarians
representing schools, colleges, public and special libraries are invited
to attend. Dust off your Texas duds; dress is comfortable and casual. A
Placement Area will be available for libraries and librarians to list and
review employment opportunities. Get ready to enjoy a morning of
informative sessions and exciting new exhibits. Our BBQ lunch keynote
speaker will be Peter Roussell, former White House aide. Registration
