RQST: Battle of the Books

I have just been told that the media center can spend the building budget
leftovers!! Yeah!!...by next Thursday...

A number of us are interested in spending the money towards
implementing a *Battle of the Books* program. A local book store will
make sure our order is filled quickly enough to satisfy district
requirements.  Do any of you have a quick source that I could consult on how
to run a program and/or appropriate titles for a middle school??? I don't have
time to do lengthy research.

Any assistance would be most appreciated.
