Fairy tales

To all -
     I am a Media Specialist in a K - 4 school and I do a Fairy Tale unit
with my Third Graders every year.  I am looking for some new ideas.  My unit
takes about 5 weeks, where the students read Fairy Tales, learn to retell
them, do a creative project around a Fairy Tale they have selected, and end
the unit with a Fairy Tale party.  Any suggestions????
