No Subject

I am very new at this but have already become the designated expert at my
school.  In fact I am to present a workshop for all teachers K-12 to
prepare them to begin using email and Internet.  Are there any great
resources that I should have?  Since we are all beginners it needs to be
really simple.  My workshop is scheduled for the first week in August and
I will greatly appreciate any help I can get.
