San Antonio ISD has hired people to help with hardware and software
problems at the district level.  If you have a hardware problem you call
and someone comes out to check the hardware and take in for service if
needed. For software difficulties, you call a different number and you are
placed on the list for someone to help you.  Software people have a
rotating schedule of visits to all schools. Each school is visited
approximately every six days.  Some of the software problems can be ironed
out by calling the software hotline.
