Searching ERIC

        The ERIC Clearinghouse on Assessment at the Catholic University
of America has a gopher that directs users to several public access
sources of the ERIC database and related ERIC documents.

        This is available to everyone with either a gopher on their host
system or with a telnet prompt.

BY GOPHER:

        Go to your host gopher then type this:

o       (open)
vmsgopher.cua.edu    [return]

        All who have gophers on their host systems and can create
bookmarks should certainly have bookmarks not only for Search ERIC but
also for AskERIC and those menus on AskERIC that relate to their
particular interests.

(askeric@ericir.syr.edu) would surely be appreciated for making this
