Teleconferencing and Desktop Telecommuting

Our system is developing a project incorporating teleconferencing  (multi-point)
  and
desktop telecommunications (point-to-point) over a combination of ISDN and T1.
 We
would very much like to know the kinds of activities  other districts in the K-1
 2 environment
are doing utilizing these technologies.  Any assistance provided describing such
  efforts
