Software Evaluation

    I'd really appreciate getting copies of software evaluation forms
    that you find useful.  I've been referred to the form from ISTE, but
    haven't been able to locate it.  (I even drove over to ISTE during my
    lunch break today, and the person who does their software review
    guide is on vacation for 2 weeks.)  Of course, I need it today -- or
    yesterday.  If you have that form or any others, please send them to
    me.
