Does anyone have, or know anything about, the SIRS CD-ROM Custom Network Installations? I'm in the process of getting estimates from vendors on a LAN for my library media center, and the SIRS (Social Issues Resources Series) sales rep happended to come by and said they do full CD-ROM LAN installations. I haven't gotten their estimate yet, but she left me a videotape showing a huge LAN they put in at Florida Atlantic Univ. I'm wondering if their service and tech support will be as friendly for my small LAN. Given the satisfaction I've received from them over the years regarding print and CD-ROM I've purchased, I would think so. But decided to ask for any satisfied (or not) customers that might be out there. Thanks in advance for any info.
