International Baccalaureate Libraries

I am a former teacher now MLS student at Florida State. I volunteer at a
local high school which is implementing the International Baccalaureate
Program. Next year's ninth graders will be eligible for the first class of
IB grads when they become juniors. In the meantime, the school is working
on curriculum and staff development under the leadership of a dynamic
principal committed to making the school the best it can be. The media
center, in order to be able to support the IB program, will need to beef
up the collection and services.

Are there media specialists and centers out there currently supporting IB
programs or in a similar situation (gearing up for one) who could share
information regarding collection development, services, policies,
procedures, etc.? Any suggestions would be appreciated and I'll happily
share a summary of responses.
