What are the implications of changing from teacher-librarian to Librarian
II (Civil Service)?  I worked for civil service once many years ago and I
am aware of paygrades; I was not aware of a Librarian II designation since
I was not a librarian at the time.  Does the Librarian II designation mean
a cut in benefits or pay or credential requirements?
