The forum has been established to provide: 1) an additional avenue of procedure
for  reporting challenges  to  the  OIF Censorship  Database,  and  2) an  open
discussion of issues  concerning censorship and intellectual  freedom issues of
interest to librarians.

The OIF Censorship  Database records challenges by groups  or individuals which
would prevent or limit the reading,  viewing, or listening of another person or
group. Please  send as much information  as possible in the  following standard
