Dear Colleagues,
We have just received a formal challenge to the Vietnam
War, historical fiction, LIVING DOGS AND DEAD LIONS by R.
Lanny Hunter. This was purchased as a set of books that was
recommended for middle school.
Do any of you have this book in your middle school or
high school? Has it been challenged? If so, what was the
outcome? What is your opinion of this book?
