Target> MIAs

I need information that I may pass along to a social studies teacher who
is preparing students for statewide testing at the tenth grade level.
He is  looking for current information on MIAs and how their existence
has had  an effect on the opening of Vietnam's economic market.
If people will respond to me, I will post a hit on the topic back to the entire
LM_NET.
