Man of La Mancha parody???

Dear LM_NETTERS - I need some help for this query.  One of my teachers is
trying to find a video which is a modern version of "The Man of La Mancha".
He thinks it was set in the present time - in a large city - perhaps New
York and may have the word WINDMILL or GIANTS in the title.
        I checked my sources but couldn't come up with anything.
