ADA Survey

Hi. I am a graduate student in Library Science at UCLA, and I am writing a
paper on the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 and libraries. If you
would take a few minutes to answer the following questions, I would greatly
appreciate it. Even if you feel that your library is not in compliance with
the ADA, please answer these questions. All names of librarians and libraries
will be kept confidential. This is being cross-posted. Sorry for any
duplication.
