Where is database to get MacTCP 2.0.4?

I have been searching for an updated version of MacTCP.  Anyone know an
ftp site I can visit to download it?  I found the updater and have it but it
doesn't seem to update the origional version that I have.  Any help with
procedures would be help[ful.  Thanks!!!
