From: Cynthia (Sam) Foley I read a posting awhile ago wherein the person gave an address for a gopher having all manner of info on bats. I KNOW I saved the info to dazzle my Science teacher when she got to the unit on bats. Well - you guessed it- I can't find the address in my files. I know I could search thru the archives, but time is of the essence (I know, when isn't it?). Can someone help? Thanks. Also, does anyone know of an Internet site with info on Native Americans that would be appropriate for 3rd graders? OR does anyone know of a class of 9-10 year old Native Americans anywhere in the Americas that would be willing to share information with this group of 3rd graders? (Yes, I will post this query to KIDSPHERE also, but for information, I go to librarians FIRST!). My email address is: sfoley2@onondaga.bitnet; longer form: sfoley2%onondaga.bitnet@cunyvm.cuny.edu. Thanks..nl Cynthia (Sam) Foley, library media specialist R.C. Buckley Elementary School, Ridge Road, Lansing, NY 14882 phone: (607)-533-4119/4183 email: sfoley2@onondaga.bitnet
