AskERIC announces its new Web page.  AskERIC has had an experimental web
page on-line for almost a year now, but we have now gone official. AskERIC
is an on-going project of the US Department of Education that seeks to
provide high quality education information via the Internet. AskERIC is
also the newest SunSITE. Some features of the site include Newton's Apple
lesson plans, Lesson plans for NASA's SIR-CED project, and a new section
providing the tools used by AskERIC's Network Information Specialists.

To connect to AskERIC via the web, point your Web browsers (Mosaci,
Netscape, Lynx, etc...) to:

http://ericir.syr.edu

If you do not have a web browser you can telnet to:

ericir.syr.edu

and login as gopher.
