Looking for Pete Idstein

I am trying to locate Pete Idstein, formerly a principal of Etta J. Wilson
Elementary School in wilmington, Deleware.  He is now Graduate Professor of
Education and co-ordinator of the Doctoral Program at Wilmington College (we
think, anyway).  He wrote "Swimming Against the Mainstreaming" in the Dec. 1993
issue of Phi Delta Kappan.  I have a student doing a research paper on Inclusion
/mainstreaming who would like to interview him via e-mail or snail mail. Does
anyone know if he is still at Wilmington?  Also, have any of you had firsthand
experience with inclusion/mainstreaming?  Would you willing to answer a few
questions from this curious 16 year old?  If so, please reply to
