New member needs help

I recently subscribed and received my confirmation. Then I received all this
valuable information that I wanted to keep regarding how to use LM_NET.
However, my technical director decided to work on my system about that time
and I lost all my mail.  I was sick.  He suggested I send a help message to
listserv and I did but that produced commonly used commands.    Can anyone
help me to retrive that initial subscription information?
