Survey for Health class

The Health/Phy Ed teacher has asked his students to compose a survey
for their class to send out over Internet.  There is no real age limit
as to who may respond, but it may be interesting to see what students
have to say, as opposed to adults:

4) True or false:  Birth control should be provided by the public school
   system.

5) True or false:  Assisted suicide should be legalized.

6) True or false:  Public schools should make AIDS testing mandatory, like
   vaccinations.

7) True or false:  Families should be allowed to "pull the plug" on
   terminally ill relatives.

8) True or false:  The US should adopt the Canadian health care system.

9) How many glasses of water do you drink daily?
   a. 0-1
   b. 2-3
   c. 4-6
   d. 6+
