AMX Video Retrieval System

Are any of you using an AMX video retrieval system (or Dynacom or Dukane
for that matter) in your schools?  I'm looking for someone with experience
in running computer software (Mac or DOS ro Windows) over the system, how
you've done it, with what success, and lessons learned.  Please correspond
