This is a forwarded message from a media specialist from our district. Please reply directly to me at my address if you can help. Thanks, Dave Nelson Hello to all of you, I am trying to find the directions to the game mancula that is listed in the Golden Sower Manual for The Fortune Tellers. It is a counting/strategy game (a little crossing curriculums!) played with rocks on a small board. In Cameroon it is called siton, pronounced sitome, because siton means rock, and is played only by the men. I have researched in my library with no success. If any of you have access to Internet or other sources that might help me out I would appreciate it and will share the information with all at our next meeting. I would like to play the game with my third graders after reading The Fortune Tellers and The Village of Round and Square Houses. ************************************************************************** Dave Nelson 15228 Shirley St. Elementary Media Specialist Omaha, NE 68144 Millard-Harvey Oaks dnelson@esu3.esu3.k12.ne.us **************************************************************************
