Tips for Cataloging travelling CD's

Thanks to all of you who sent references regarding "Native Americans
in the occupation of a cowboy."  You are all terrific, as usual.  It
now think that we are all AOK on this.

Question -- How do you handle cataloging CD-ROMs that can be checked
out by teachers?  Our elementary libraries are beginning to do so.
Do any of you have any cataloging tips and/or practical suggestions.

If so, please send to me and I will summarize for all.
