Children's Book Review?

My brother told me about a new magazine he saw called Children's
Book Review.  He said it comes out quarterly and that a subscription
is about $12.00, but he didn't get the address for subscribing.

Have any of you seen this?  Is it worth subscribing to? And does anyone have
the address?
