Dear Fellow LM_NETTERS,
  Hi, I'm writing a grant for technology with a small group of parents and am
needing information on the Model Schools program as well as the Compact
Partnership Schools (who are they and what constitutes one).   We are also
curious to know who the schools are that are "under registration review"
(SURR).  Lastly, we'd be curious to know if the Goals 2000: Educate America
Act is synonymous with America 2000.  Any information is truly appreciated.
