I believe in printers for every workstation. Look at it this way: You are spending thousands of dollars to increase access to the collection, and yet blowing the effect by making the kids (elementary, no less) copy down from the screen? Cost-efficiency for electronic information resources (IMHO) is measured by the increased access -- meaning kids will check out more books and more kids will use the resources. To slow down the process for want of a few hundred buck doesn't make sense to me.
