Last year I saw a segment on a TV news program--I forget which one--about
a pro basketball player who stutters.  Because he avoids talking to the
press, he has not received the recognition he deserves for his basketball
accomplishments, which are impressive.  I think he plays for a team
somewhere in the South.  If anyone knows the name of this player, it
would be a good one for Judy Hauser's list, and I would appreciate having
it, too.  We have two junior high students who stutter, and I would like
to share this athlete's story with them.
