Mike has made a good suggestion here. I'm going to try this - but I'd like to know if anybody has done it and what kind of handout the librarian has come up with. I would like to give a handout plus the Big 6 bookmark or pocket-sized form Mike handed out at ALA. I used them in my Big 6 workshop (yes, I gave credit to Mike and Bob). The teachers liked them, but haven't used them with kids.
