Censorship in Cyberspace

I am looking for any material on the topic for a program to be presented at
a local conference next month.  Articles, persons to talk with and/or
persons that could speak to the group.  The program might be subtitled, an
issue we have to face.  It would be an open discussion program and the
audience might debate the issue, but surely someone with knowledge and/or
experience/insight could guide and respond to the audience, be a resource.
Are there any handouts?  Didn't someone talk to this issue at ALA Midwinter
in Los Angeles?  Any assistance or leads -- even comments will be greatly
appreciated.  Thanks!
