Someone was looking for the "names" of the time zones around the world.
I spoke with someone from Russia. He said they don't really have names, but
usually use the number. However, if there is a major city in a time zone, it
is usually referred to as such.
For example, "Moscow time", "Yekaturinburg time", "Khabarovsk time", etc.
